Divorced and Widowed Women: How to Obtain Apartments in the Housing for All Egyptians 7 Program

The official announcement of the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” project, launched on May 21, 2025, and continuing until June 18, allows interested applicants to apply through the official website of the Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Support Fund. Applicants can view the terms and conditions brochure and fill out the reservation forms in accordance with the specified guidelines.

As for the apartment locations under the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” initiative, units will be delivered within 18 months.

Payment Systems for “Housing for All Egyptians 7” Apartments for Middle-Income Applicants:

  1. Units are offered at fixed prices per square meter, depending on size, floor level, and unit type.

  2. Mortgage financing is provided with a fixed interest rate of 12%.

  3. The financing term can extend up to 20 years.

  4. A minimum of 25% of the total unit price must be paid before signing the contract.

  5. The monthly installment should not exceed 40% of the applicant’s net income.

  6. An annual increase of up to 7% may be applied throughout the financing period.

  7. A maintenance fee of 10% of the total unit price (non-refundable) must be paid either upfront or in installments as part of the financing. This fee is used to maintain the project.

Required Documents for Applying for Middle-Income Housing Units:

To apply for a housing unit, applicants must complete the reservation form and the declaration attached to the terms brochure. These, along with the required documents, must be uploaded to the website in PDF format (not exceeding 2 MB). The required documents include:

  1. Receipt for the down payment and administrative fees.

  2. A valid copy of the national ID card for the applicant and spouse (if applicable).

  3. An income certificate proving net monthly or annual income, approved by the employer, including bonuses and incentives.

  4. Documents proving any additional sources of income (e.g., part-time work, property ownership, pensions, etc.), properly stamped and dated.

  5. An official certificate from the employer (for public sector or state-owned company employees) stating net income and duration of employment (minimum of 6 months).

  6. A similar certificate from the employer stating net income and commercial registration number (for private sector applicants).
