The Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, has announced the commencement of the distribution of social housing plots (Phase Nine) to the winners in Al-Kawthar District, Neighborhood 11, in Sadat City. The handover process will begin on Sunday and will continue until Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
Engineer Yasser Abdel Halim, Head of the Sadat City Development Authority, stated that the distribution of plots will follow the schedule below:

Plots 1 to 25 will be handed over on Sunday, June 4, 2025.

Plots 26 to 50 will be handed over on Monday, June 5, 2025.

Plots 51 to 75 will be handed over on Tuesday, June 6, 2025.
The remaining plots will be handed over at a later date.
