These include road surface improvements with top-quality asphalt layers to enhance access for businesses. The project is being executed by a specialized company to meet the highest standards, providing investors with reliable infrastructure and operational efficiency.
Development in 10th of Ramadan City
In 10th of Ramadan City, Engineer Alaa Abdallah Mostafa, Head of the City Development Authority, hosted a delegation that included Engineer Ahmed Omran, Assistant Vice President of the Urban Communities Authority, and Engineer Haitham Hamady, Deputy Assistant Vice President. The delegation reviewed ongoing projects designed to modernize the city’s industrial zones, including efforts to reclaim unregulated water ponds. These initiatives aim to improve urban living conditions and reduce environmental pollution.
Additional projects include upgrades to utility networks to meet the growing demands of industrial zones, demonstrating the Ministry’s commitment to enhancing industrial infrastructure. To further the city’s environmental and operational goals, comprehensive cleaning campaigns have also been launched across its eastern, central, and industrial areas.
Obour City’s Infrastructure Upgrades
Similarly, in Obour City, Engineer Ahmed Rashad, Head of the City Authority, detailed ongoing improvements in industrial zones. These include resurfacing key roads to facilitate the movement of heavy equipment and cargo trucks, reducing traffic congestion, and ensuring smooth operations for factories.
Specific projects involve applying new asphalt layers along the western extension and main roads like Street 900 and Street 600. These developments are part of a larger initiative to upgrade roads, sidewalks, and design elements within the industrial zone’s northern and western extensions.
