The Ministry of Housing has announced an extension of the application period for booking social housing apartments for 2025 under the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” project, which aims to provide subsidized units at affordable prices for low- and middle-income citizens.
The application window closes on September 14, 2025, giving applicants more time to complete their documents and apply online. The new offering includes units ranging in size from 75 sqm to 90 sqm, with a total of 113,112 apartments distributed across cities such as Capital Gardens, New October, and New Aswan.
The down payment starts at EGP 25,000 for immediate delivery units or EGP 50,000 for units still under construction, which are set to be delivered within 36 months. Applicants must be Egyptian, over 21 years old, and must not have previously received support from the Social Housing program.
Applications are submitted via the official Social Housing Fund website, following simple steps that include creating an account, downloading the application brochure, and uploading the required documents.
