Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the details of the vacant plots available in the “Beit Al-Watan” project as part of its 10th offering. This phase includes a variety of plot sizes in cities surrounding Cairo and Giza, in addition to cities in the Delta and Upper Egypt regions. He emphasized that this offering represents a significant opportunity to meet the housing needs of the largest possible number of Egyptians living abroad.
Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny explained that the available plots include 1,028 in New Cairo, 263 in 6th of October City, 3,339 in New October, 210 in Capital Gardens, 21 in Sheikh Zayed, 1,236 in 10th of Ramadan City, 51 in 15th of May City, 28 in El Shorouk, 1,074 in New Obour, and 671 in Badr City.
The Minister of Housing announced the availability of 3,242 vacant plots in Sadat City, New Sphinx, New Alamein, New Borg El Arab, and New Mansoura. Additionally, 2,467 plots are available in Upper Egypt cities for expatriate Egyptians. The 10th offering includes plots in all cities, with varied sizes to suit different preferences.
The Minister pointed out that the 10th offering of the “Beit Al-Watan” project is the largest to date, with plot allocation based on the priority of fund transfers. Around 15,000 plots have been offered instead of the initially planned 3,000 due to the increase in transfers. The project aims to strengthen the connection between Egyptians abroad and their homeland, enabling them to build their homes according to the set regulations.
