In line with the directives of Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, to maintain the civilized appearance, public order, and to prevent the spread of informal and unregulated development in new cities, Engineer Walid Abdelkader, Head of the First Sector Development Authority for the Northwestern North Coast, announced the implementation of a demolition order for a building violation in a tourist village. The operation was carried out in coordination with the Authority’s Security Department and the Construction Police.
Engineer Nader El-Sayed, Head of the Second Sector Development Authority for the Northwestern North Coast, also reported the execution of seven demolition orders targeting construction violations and land encroachments in the Zawyet El-Awama area. Additionally, a demolition order was enforced for a basement structure covering 750 square meters in the Sidi Abdel Rahman area, in coordination with the Construction Police.
Both sector heads reaffirmed the ongoing monitoring and enforcement efforts, emphasizing that demolition orders will continue to be executed regularly. These actions are part of the broader initiatives aimed at preserving the urban aesthetics, maintaining public order, and preventing informal developments in new urban areas.
