Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the start of the handover process for residential land plots in the Medium-Income Housing Project “Maskan 5” in West Qena City. The handover will begin on Sunday, May 4, 2025, and will continue until Tuesday, May 13, 2025, according to a specific schedule set by the city authority.
The Minister of Housing emphasized the importance of reviewing infrastructure, roads, and service projects in the areas where plots are being delivered, along with providing full support to beneficiaries in order to promote development in Upper Egypt cities.
Engineer Radwan Abdel Rasheed, Head of the West Qena City Development Authority, clarified that the delivery of plots in the Distinguished District, Neighborhood 4, will proceed as follows:

He also noted that Monday and Tuesday, May 12 and 13, 2025, are allocated for individuals who were unable to attend during their designated delivery dates.
