Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the commencement of a new batch delivery for the “Sakan Misr” project in the Exhibition Grounds – First Zone in New Cairo. Additionally, as announced by the city’s administration, another batch of units in the project’s Second Zone will be handed over starting next Sunday, March 23, 2025.
Engineer Abdel Raouf El-Ghaity, Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, explained that the delivery in the First Zone will follow the sequence of numbers (3-5) for the first phase and sequence number 2 for the subsequent phases.
He also added that the delivery in the project’s Second Zone will follow sequence numbers (6 & 7) for the first phase and sequence number 3 for the subsequent phases.
El-Ghaity pointed out that customers who have won housing units must visit the Housing and Development Bank branch in Nasr City (2 Abbas El-Akkad Street) to complete the contracting procedures. Afterward, they should head to the city’s authority office at the City Center, behind the water station on South 90th Street, bringing the original bank letter and a copy of the signed checks. This is necessary for data registration on the system and obtaining the site letter to inspect and receive the unit.
