The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced its readiness to begin the handover of plots offered in the eighth phase of the Beit El Watan project, located in the Sixth Settlement area—formerly known as the “Triangle of Hope”—in New Cairo City. The handover process is scheduled to commence on July 1, 2025, and will continue through September 4, 2025.
The ministry clarified that the handover of plots in the Sixth Settlement will take place in stages as follows:
-
Plots 1 to 22 will be delivered from July 1 to July 31, 2025.
-
Plots 23 to 45 will be delivered from August 1 to August 31, 2025.
-
The period from Monday, September 1 to Thursday, September 4, 2025, will be allocated for customers who missed their scheduled handover dates.
Buyers can attend in person or through a legal representative with a special power of attorney for the specific purpose of receiving the plots. A payment of 1.5% of the plot’s total value is required at the time of handover, and the first installment must be paid one month after the handover, in accordance with the project’s terms and conditions brochure.
The ministry also noted that the eighth phase of the Beit El Watan land allocation program includes a total area of approximately 260 feddans, comprising 891 residential plots located in the Sixth Settlement area (formerly Triangle of Hope) in New Cairo City. Out of these, 45 plots have already been reserved.
