Housing Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny has announced that the handover of 816 residential units in the Janna 4 project, located in the expansion area of Sheikh Zayed City, will begin on Sunday, August 3. Specific delivery dates have been set by the city authority for an organized distribution process.
El-Sherbiny emphasized the importance of facilitating the handover procedures for beneficiaries, addressing any noted issues promptly, and ensuring the smooth and orderly progress of the operation. He also confirmed the continued completion and delivery of remaining units in other projects to their rightful owners.
Eng. Marwa Hussein, Head of the Sheikh Zayed City Development Authority, stated that the residential units in the city’s new expansion area—designated by Presidential Decree No. 230 of 2017—will be handed over according to a detailed timeline. The process starts on Sunday, August 3, 2025, with the handover of Building 145, followed by Building 144 on Wednesday, August 6. Next will be Building 143 on Sunday, August 10, and Building 142 on Wednesday, August 13. The schedule continues with Building 141 on Sunday, August 17, and Building 140 on Wednesday, August 20.
The next phase will include the handover of Building 112 on Sunday, August 24, followed by Building 113 on Wednesday, August 27, and Building 114 on Sunday, August 31. The schedule continues into September with the handover of Building 115 on Wednesday, September 3, Building 116 on Sunday, September 7, Building 117 on Wednesday, September 10, Building 118 on Sunday, September 14, and Building 119 on Wednesday, September 17.
She added that further units will be delivered during September and October, including Building 120 on Sunday, September 21, and Building 139 on Wednesday, September 24. Additional buildings—127, 128, 135, 137, and 138—will be handed over between late September and early October. Building 121 will be delivered on Wednesday, October 15, followed by Buildings 122 and 123 over the subsequent two weeks.
In November, the remaining units will be handed over, starting with Building 124 on Sunday, October 26, and concluding with Building 136 on Wednesday, November 26. The schedule also includes the delivery of Buildings 125, 126, and 129 on various dates, ensuring the completion of all planned handovers as per the established timeline.
