Decree to Transfer Ownership of 7 Land Plots to the National Investment Bank

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has issued Decree No. 160 of 2025, which states the removal of public utility status from seven plots of land owned by the Cairo Public Transport Authority. These plots include: Abbassia Tram Garage, Port Said Tram Garage and Workshop, Helwan Tram Garage, Port Said Bus Garage, Al-Moneeb Land, Giza Garage, and the Private Cars Garage in Saray El-Qobba.

Decree to Transfer Ownership of 7 Land Plots to the National Investment Bank

The decree also stipulates the transfer of ownership of these lands to the National Investment Bank.

The decision was published in the official gazette in its issue released yesterday.
