Port Said Governorate has announced that Thursday, March 27, 2025, is the deadline for applying to the social housing project designated for eligible cooperative housing beneficiaries in South Raswa.
This project is part of the governorate’s efforts to provide suitable housing units for eligible citizens. The application process was opened earlier to receive requests from those wishing to benefit from the project by the specified conditions.
The governorate has simplified the procedures to guarantee that support reaches those who deserve it while maintaining fairness in the distribution of housing units.
It has been confirmed that all applications submitted before the deadline will be reviewed and examined according to approved regulations, while applications received after this date will not be considered. Citizens are encouraged to stay updated on any developments related to the project through the governorate’s official channels.
It is worth noting that young applicants have been waiting for housing units since 2013 without receiving them. Due to the delay in unit deliveries, many have faced difficulties living in rental accommodations. While some applicants have accepted the current project’s terms, others have taken legal action against the governorate, demanding adherence to the 2013 agreements and conditions initially promised but not fulfilled.
