The Ministry of Housing has announced the continued availability of application and reservation for apartments in the “Sakan Misr” project in New Mansoura. This offering comes as part of the first phase of the largest apartment release across several governorates and new cities. This phase includes 35,088 units in cooperation with the Housing and Development Bank.
Applicants can submit their applications and make reservations through the Housing and Development Bank’s official website.
The Ministry is planning to launch around 400,000 residential units, making it the largest housing campaign it has ever prepared. This initiative comes in response to the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, with the aim of providing suitable housing for various income levels. This offering is considered a significant step toward achieving the state’s vision of ensuring adequate housing for all citizens.
Conditions for Cancellation of Housing Unit Allocation
The allocation of housing units may be canceled in the following cases:

If any violations of the reservation terms or the clauses mentioned in the brochure are discovered or appear.

Upon request by the person to whom the unit was allocated.

Failure to complete the payment of 20% of the unit price, in addition to 1% administrative fees and 0.5% for the Board of Trustees account, within the designated payment period.

Failure to pay two consecutive installments according to the approved payment method.

Selling or transferring the unit without prior approval from the concerned authority or city agency.

Changing the designated purpose of the unit.

Failure to sign the contract and take possession of the unit within the specified timeframe.
Approved Payment Methods by the Ministry:
Payments are to be made to the account number (the application form number obtained during online registration) at the Housing and Development Bank, Mohandessin Branch, through one of the following methods:

Bank transfer from the applicant’s account at any bank in Egypt via the ACH system.

Transfer via SWIFT (SWIFT Code: HDBKEGCAXXX).
-
Internal transfer within the Housing and Development Bank.

Payment through Fawry (Fawry branches or bank cards) using a payment code that will be sent via SMS.
