Engineer Mohamed Adel, Head of the New Administrative Capital Authority, announced the allocation of 8 commercial shops and a pharmacy in the commercial market located between Neighborhoods 2 and 6 within the Third Residential District (R3) of the New Administrative Capital. This allocation is based on the usufruct system for a five-year term and through a public auction.
Engineer Mohamed Adel emphasized the authority’s commitment to providing a diverse range of services within the New Administrative Capital, in line with development plans and infrastructure upgrades in this vital project.
Through this project, the state aims to offer comprehensive and varied services to support both residents and investors. This is achieved by enhancing infrastructure, expanding access to essential services, and introducing modern facilities. The ultimate goal is to create an integrated environment that meets citizens’ needs and improves their quality of life.
It is worth mentioning that the auction session was conducted under the supervision of a Deputy President of the State Council and a member of the Fatwa Committee, along with a representative from the Ministry of Finance, members of the auction committee, and officials from the New Administrative Capital Authority.
