City Development Heads Continue to Monitor Projects and Services

The heads of the City Development Authorities for Minya, New Malawi, 10th of Ramadan, and New Salhiya continued their inspection tours to monitor ongoing projects and services in these cities, following the directives of Eng. Sherif El Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, for continuous oversight of project implementation.

In New Minya City, Eng. Ahmed Mostafa Mohamed, the Head of the City Authority and supervisor of New Mallawi City, inspected the 32 residential building project in Neighborhood 13 within the city’s 1400-acre extension area. The visit aimed to ensure the smooth progress of the work being carried out. He was accompanied by other city authority officials.

Eng. Ahmed Mostafa emphasized the importance of maintaining steady work progress and monitoring ongoing projects daily. He urged swift task completion while adhering to technical specifications, with the goal of completing and delivering the residential units to their rightful owners within the scheduled timelines.

Additionally, Eng. Ahmed Mostafa and his team visited the 32-building project of the “JANNA” phase 1 in New Mallawi City, where they inspected some of the buildings and provided several important observations regarding certain finishing details.

Meanwhile, Eng. Alaa Abd El-Lah Mostafa, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Authority, conducted an extensive inspection tour through various residential neighborhoods and main roads in the city to oversee the development and upgrading of roads, landscaping, and cleanliness efforts.

His tour included monitoring the progress of road improvement works in neighborhoods 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9 and following up on ongoing work on the main roads, including lighting maintenance and routine repairs. He also reviewed the landscaping efforts, such as grass trimming, tree pruning, and planting flowers along the roadways, and the cleanliness in the neighborhoods.

In a related context, Eng. Khaled Shaheen, Head of the New Salhiya City Authority, inspected the city’s waste management company to ensure that their operations are being carried out efficiently.

Eng. Khaled Shaheen urged the company officials to continue their efforts to maintain cleanliness, stressing the importance of sustaining this approach to ensure a clean and healthy environment for the city’s residents. He also called on the citizens to cooperate with the company by keeping public areas clean and disposing of waste in designated areas.
