The tour included an inspection of the middle-income housing project in the regional service area. The project consists of 68 residential buildings, encompassing 1,632 units of various sizes ranging from 100 to 120 square meters. Mostafa confirmed that the project has achieved an 88% completion rate, with infrastructure and service facilities nearing readiness. He stressed the importance of delivering the project on schedule to meet the housing needs of citizens.
Strategic Water Projects
The tour also covered the potable water pumping station for the Southern Developers’ Zone and the Suez Gulf Lift Station. Mostafa praised these strategic projects for their vital role in enhancing service efficiency, supporting future urban expansions, and meeting the growing needs of residents and industrial zones.
