Campaigns to Remove Building Violations in Several Areas

The 6th of October City Authority has continued its efforts to remove building violations in multiple areas, following the directives of Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities. These directives aim to prevent and eliminate violations at an early stage.

Campaigns to Remove Building Violations in Several Areas

Engineer Mohamed Mostafa, Head of the 6th of October City Authority, stated that these campaigns have resulted in the immediate removal of unauthorized rooftop room expansions in several locations. These include plot numbers 416, 127, 213, and 1871 in the 2000 Plot Area, plot 1722 in the Third District, Seventh Neighborhood, plot 515 in the Fifth District, First Contract, and plot 57 in the 78 Buildings Area.

It is worth mentioning that these campaigns were conducted under the supervision of Engineer Hossam Hosny, Deputy Head of the Authority, in coordination with the Administrative Security Department, led by Brigadier Ahmed Fawzi, General Supervisor of City Authorities’ Security. The operations were also carried out in collaboration with the Urban Development Police, led by Brigadier Mohamed Bahgat, Head of the Urban Development Police Department, and the Urban Development Investigation Unit, led by Major Mostafa Abed, in addition to neighborhood officers, cleaning teams, and the city’s security personnel.
