Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly affirmed the government’s priority in advancing the file of reconciliation for building violations, emphasizing his personal follow-up to overcome obstacles and accelerate the implementation of the proposed amendments. These amendments include developing reconciliation models in coordination with the Ministries of Local Development and Housing.
The new updates—particularly for Models 8 and 10—aim to better regulate construction for millions of cases and will be presented later to the House of Representatives.

Regarding the reservation of the 2025 Premium Housing Units, the Ministry of Housing announced that reservations will open from November 16 to December 15, 2025, through the electronic platform “the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform”.
The procedures include creating a personal account, downloading the terms booklet, selecting the preferred unit, and paying the booking deposit electronically.
Reservation requirements stipulate that the applicant must be an Egyptian citizen, at least 21 years old, and that a family cannot reserve more than one unit within the same project.
The units are for residential use only and will be delivered within a minimum of two years from the reservation date. Financing is available through the free real estate system and is not part of the Central Bank’s mortgage initiatives.
