Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued eight decisions to remove encroachments and building violations on various plots of land belonging to the New Urban Communities Authority in Al-Fashn New City and the new urban community of Bani Mazar.
The decisions include the removal of encroachments and violations on two vacant plots of land covering 42 feddans, in addition to plots measuring 4.49 feddans, 6.37 feddans, 3.19 feddans, 11.79 feddans, 20.50 feddans, and 11.44 feddans within the new urban community of Bani Mazar. These violations consist of land seizure and unauthorized agricultural activities without legal documentation.
