Online booking has officially begun today for more than 2,400 residential units in the “Bashayer Al-Khair” project in Alexandria. These units are part of the 35,000 units available in the first phase of the largest housing offering in Egypt.
The booking deposit for the units is EGP 151,000, which includes EGP 150,000 as a reservation fee and EGP 1,000 for registration charges. Buyers are required to complete 20% of the unit price and pay 2% administrative fees within two months after the booking period ends. Upon receiving the unit, an additional 10% of the total unit price is due, along with a maintenance deposit.
The remaining 70% of the unit price is to be paid in quarterly installments over 3, 5, or 7 years, with an interest rate equivalent to the Central Bank of Egypt’s declared rate, plus an additional 2% and 0.5% collection fees. The first installment is due three months after receiving the unit.
Unit sizes range from 90 to 176 square meters.
