Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the update of the official website for the Beit El Watan Project’s tenth phase, which includes around 15,000 land plots of various sizes across 23 new cities. This update aims to maximize reservation opportunities for the largest possible number of applicants and meet their needs.
He explained that the tenth phase is considered the largest among all project phases, as land allocations are based on the order in which funds are transferred to the Central Bank of Egypt. By the end of the phase, certain facilitations may be introduced to allow the reservation of more than one plot based on the remaining available funds.
He also noted that the tenth phase of the Beit El Watan Project was initially launched with approximately 3,000 land plots. However, due to the unprecedented increase in the number of fund transfers, efforts were redirected to accommodate all requests, resulting in an increase in the number of available plots to 15,000.
The Minister of Housing emphasized that the project is one of the key initiatives aimed at providing land for Egyptians abroad, strengthening their connection to their home country, and enabling them to build their own homes by the established regulations.
