The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities launched new residential units under the Housing and Development Bank apartment program on Tuesday, July 15. These units are designated for low- and middle-income citizens and are spread across several governorates and new cities, as part of the state’s ongoing efforts to provide adequate housing for all citizens, in accordance with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
A senior official at the Ministry of Housing stated that the new offering for 2025 includes approximately 59,000 housing units, with the price per square meter ranging between EGP 10,000 and EGP 35,000, depending on the finishing level, type of housing, and project location.
The source also confirmed that the booking process for these units will be conducted online through the official website of the Housing and Development Bank. The terms and conditions brochure will contain all relevant details regarding prices, locations, and available payment systems. Egyptian expatriates are also expected to benefit from this offering, provided that applicants are 21 years old or older.
