ToggleHow Applicants Will Be Notified
According to the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund, applicants will receive their results through SMS messages sent to the registered phone number provided during the application process.
Notification Process for Rejected Applicants
- Applicants who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be informed after the appeal period ends. They will be able to withdraw their down payments via post office services within 14 days from the date of rejection notification.
- Applicants who were unable to secure a unit due to priority constraints will also be notified after the appeal period. If they paid a booking deposit but were not allocated a unit, they will be able to withdraw their payments within 30 days from the notification date.
The initiative aims to provide fair and transparent housing allocation while ensuring all applicants are informed of their status promptly.
