Engineer Mohamed Mahmoud El-Ghamrawy, Head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority, announced the allocation of 3 swimming pools and 3 cafeterias within the Janna residential project in the city’s first phase. This was done through a public auction session as part of the ongoing efforts to quickly provide essential services for residents.
El-Ghamrawy pointed out that the public auction session was held in the presence of representatives from the State Council, the New Urban Communities Authority, the Ministry of Finance, and the Reconstruction Police. The facilities were allocated under a usufruct system for a period of three years.
In a related context, Engineer Alaa Abd El-Latif Mostafa, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, announced the sale of 11 commercial shops and a pharmacy located within the commercial market in the Southern Developers’ Zone – Complex (C). In addition, a plot of land designated for a fuel station was sold on the western service corridor in the fourth phase.
The auction was held in the presence of representatives from the State Council, the New Urban Communities Authority, the Ministry of Finance, and members of the auction committee.
Engineer Alaa Abd El-Latif Mostafa also noted that more diverse investment opportunities will be offered soon, contributing to strengthening the local economy, creating more job opportunities, and providing integrated services for residents.
