The Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El Sherbiny, announced the allocation of 350 land plots to citizens whose legal statuses have been settled in the Al Rabya area of Shorouk City through the eighth public lottery. This step comes in response to the demands of citizens who have paid land deposits and aims to facilitate their access to suitable residential plots. The minister emphasized that the land allocation is carried out according to well-studied urban planning to establish integrated urban communities, with the government continuing its efforts to resolve ownership and allocation issues to enhance housing stability and development.
Details of Land Distribution in the Eighth Public Lottery
Engineer Bassam Mohamed, Head of the Shorouk City Development Authority, explained that the land plots allocated in the eighth public lottery were distributed across various size categories to meet the needs of different groups of citizens. The plots were distributed as follows:
