Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced that 489 land plots of various sizes have been allocated during the sixth public lottery for citizens who have paid the required deposits for lands that have undergone status regularization in the Al-Rabiah area of El Shorouk City.
Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny emphasized the ongoing efforts to finalize the status regularization process for citizens and entities occupying lands recently added to several new cities. He stressed the importance of proper planning for these lands to establish integrated urban communities.
In this context, Engineer Bassam Mohamed, Head of the El Shorouk City Development Authority, explained that the sixth public lottery was conducted to allocate plots to clients who had paid the deposits for lands that had undergone status regularization. The allocated plots include 279 plots of 209 m², 178 plots of 276 m², 26 plots between 235 m² and 274 m², and 6 plots of 400 m², all within the vacant lands in the Al-Rabiah area.
The Head of the Authority noted that further announcements will be made regarding the remaining names and the schedules of the upcoming lotteries for the remaining applicants.
