- Ready-to-move units in governorates: Prices range from EGP 184,000 to EGP 400,000.
- Units in new cities: Prices range from EGP 415,000 to EGP 530,000.
- For units delivered within 36 months: Prices start at EGP 542,000 and can go up to EGP 700,000.
