Eng. Marwa Hussein, Head of the Sheikh Zayed City Authority, has announced a new land offering for the “Beit Al Watan” project in the upcoming phase. Between 150 and 200 land plots, ranging from 450 to 1,000 square meters, will be available. These plots will be part of the eleventh phase of the project, which is dedicated to Egyptians living abroad.
She also stated that the price per square meter in this new offering could reach approximately $400, equivalent to 20,000 EGP. The plots fall under Decision No. 77, and once the latest phase of Beit Al Watan is officially announced, the concerned authorities will contact Egyptians working abroad to begin the booking process. This initiative aligns with the authority’s commitment to competitive prices catering to different segments.
Additionally, the Head of the Authority confirmed that the handover of residential units within the Janna project is underway. The project had faced delays due to global economic conditions and the impact of the pandemic on the Egyptian market. Currently, Janna 2 units are being delivered, with the full handover expected to be completed in the coming days. Once this phase is finalized, work on Janna 4 will commence, ensuring the timely completion of all scheduled deliveries.
