In an important step within the state’s efforts to provide suitable housing environments for all segments of society, the Ministry of Housing announced the offering of 2,333 plots of land allocated for middle-income, distinguished, and most distinguished housing in about 15 new cities. These lands will be made available through the Maskan program website, as part of the ministry’s strategy to support the urban expansion plan and achieve balanced development across different governorates.
According to the ministry’s statement, reservations will open on Sunday, September 14, 2025, and will continue for two months until November 13, 2025.

Ahmed Hassan, the housing correspondent for Youm7 newspaper, stated that since 2014, the Ministry of Housing has been working under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to provide diverse housing solutions, including residential units and plots of land, that meet the needs of different categories of citizens both inside and outside Egypt. He explained that this offering is the sixth under the Maskan program and includes the distribution of lands in 18 new cities.
He also pointed out that the reservation process will take place through the Maskan program website, where citizens can view the conditions booklet and select the plot that suits them starting from Sunday, September 14, 2025, until the end of the announced period on November 13, 2025.
