The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the release of application booklets for 2,333 residential plots distributed across the medium, distinguished, and most distinguished housing categories. This offering comes under the sixth “Maskan” phase, with reservations opening on Sunday, September 14, 2025, and continuing for two months until November 13, 2025, through the dedicated “Maskan” website at: https://reserve.newcities.gov.eg/.
In its statement, the Ministry emphasized that this offering comes in line with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, aiming to provide a diverse range of residential lands in new cities. The initiative seeks to meet the growing demand for housing plots, support urban development in these cities, and allow citizens from different segments to build their own homes in accordance with the required standards—thereby contributing to comprehensive development.

The lands are distributed across 18 new cities, including:
6th of October, Obour, 10th of Ramadan, New Akhmim, New Salhia, New Fashn, New Fayoum, New Minya, Badr, New Tiba, New Qena, New Nasser (West Assiut), New Aswan, New Assiut, Sadat, New Borg El Arab, Hadayek October, and New Sohag.
The distribution of available plots is as follows:

1,331 plots for medium-income housing across 8 new cities.
-
828 plots for distinguished housing in 9 new cities.
-
