In issue No. 35 (Supplement) published on August 28, 2025, the Official Gazette announced a new decree by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi concerning the renewal of Amr Adel Hosni Ibrahim’s assignment to continue serving as Acting Head of the Administrative Control Authority for a full year.
The Gazette clarified that this decree was issued based on the Constitution and Law No. 54 of 1964 regarding the reorganization of the Administrative Control Authority and its amendments, in addition to previous presidential decrees No. 397 of 2022, No. 361 of 2023, and No. 363 of 2024.

Article One of the presidential decree stipulates the renewal of Mr. Amr Adel Hosni Ibrahim’s assignment to continue performing the duties of the Head of the Authority for one year, starting from August 30, 2025.
