The Official Gazette, in its issue No. 32 Supplement (B), published Presidential Decree No. 420 of 2025 issued by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
According to Article One of the decree:
“A plot of land with an area of 18,516.9 feddans, owned by the state as private property and located along the Wadi El-Natrun/Alamein Road, is allocated—according to the attached map and coordinates table—to Beheira Governorate for use in development projects, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in this regard.”
Article Two of the decree states:
“The Armed Forces shall retain ownership of the military sites located within the boundaries of the area mentioned in Article One of this decree, as strategic zones of military importance.”
