As part of the fruitful cooperation between the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities and the Ministry of Justice, the Real Estate Registration and Notarization Complex in New Mansoura City has been officially handed over, inaugurated, and put into operation. The new complex is designed to provide notarization and real estate registration services for both residents and investors in the city. The inauguration was attended by officials from both ministries.
In this context, Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, emphasized that the opening of this complex reflects the ongoing progress in development efforts in New Mansoura City. He highlighted the positive outcomes of state-implemented projects under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
The minister explained that delivering essential services in new urban communities is being carried out in coordination with the relevant ministries to meet the needs of citizens and investors and to facilitate access to services. He affirmed the continuation of these efforts to achieve the set goals.
Eng. Mohamed El-Ghamrawy, Head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority, along with officials from the authority, welcomed the Ministry of Justice’s committee for the inauguration of the real estate registration and notarization complex. The launch included representatives from the ministry, including the Assistant Minister of Justice for General Authority Affairs and senior legal advisors.
El-Ghamrawy noted that the complex operates under a digital one-stop-shop system, featuring three service counters for notarization and one counter dedicated to services offered through the Digital Egypt portal.
