Engineer Ashraf Fathy, Head of the New Damietta City Authority, conducted an inspection tour of the “Diarna” housing project located in the Tall El-Deir area. During the visit, he emphasized the need for executing companies to intensify their efforts and comply with the designated schedule and quality standards. He also directed that daily progress reports be prepared to clearly reflect the construction status.
New Beni Suef – “Housing for All Egyptians” and “Diarna”
Engineer Ahmed Abdel Gaber, Head of the New Beni Suef City Authority, inspected the finishing work of several residential buildings within the middle-income housing project. He also reviewed the development of road networks, lighting, and landscaping efforts. During his tour, he instructed the swift completion of asphalt works and the finalization of general site coordination.
He also oversaw the progress of the concrete structure in the “Diarna” project, stressing the importance of adhering strictly to the technical specifications in the handover of construction work.
New October – 55,000 Units Under Construction
Engineer Mohamed Abdel Maqsoud, Head of the New October City Authority, announced the completion of 1,584 residential units as part of the third and fifth phases of the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative, with construction ongoing for 55,000 units in the sixth phase.
Meanwhile, the city’s ongoing housing developments include the Green Housing project and the “Diarna” middle-income housing initiative, both aiming to improve living standards and meet the housing demands of citizens.
During a field visit, Engineer Mahmoud Murad, Deputy Head of the Authority, followed up on the concrete skeleton construction work of the “Diarna” project. He also monitored the progress of utility infrastructure—gas and telecommunications—in the West Airport area, as well as other ongoing housing projects in the city.
Badr City – 92 Buildings of Premium Housing
Engineer Mohamed Abdelaziz Amer, Head of the Badr City Authority, conducted a field tour to follow up on the 92-building premium housing project. During the visit, he stressed the urgency of accelerating construction while ensuring full compliance with technical standards. The project aims to provide a well-serviced residential environment aligned with the state’s urban expansion strategies.
