President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has instructed the government to study and implement necessary measures to close sections of the Regional Ring Road where maintenance and upgrade works are currently underway. This directive aims to safeguard citizens and ensure that the construction and enhancement efforts are completed as quickly as possible while providing safe and appropriate alternative routes.
Additionally, the President has directed the Ministry of Interior to promptly take legal action against violators and intensify its efforts in the coming period to enforce discipline and uphold the law across all roadways. This is particularly important in matters concerning speed limits and vehicle load regulations, in order to protect the lives and property of citizens.
