Starting from July 8 until August 7, 2025, the Ministry of Housing, represented by the Social Housing and Real Estate Financing Fund, will offer 101,000 social housing units designated for low-income individuals.
This initiative includes a number of green housing units, which will be allocated through a random electronic allocation system.
Required Documents to Apply for Social Housing Apartments (for Owners of Commercial and Craft Activities):

Booking Form and Declaration – must be clearly filled out and attached.

Receipts for the purchase of the application booklet, payment of the booking deposit, and administrative fees (in PDF format, maximum size 2MB).

Copy of the applicant’s and spouse’s national ID cards (must be valid).

Income verification certificate – dated and stamped by the employer, covering all income sources.

Additional documents related to any extra sources of income (such as assets or pensions).

Certificate from a certified accountant showing the applicant’s net income and occupation.

Copy of commercial registration or tax card for professional and business owners.

Social insurance certificate, if available, showing the profession and insured wage.

Proof of practicing the profession for no less than 12 months.

Copies of official documents proving marital status and number of family members.

Recent utility bill for the current residence (electricity, gas, or water).

Persons with disabilities must provide a document proving the degree of disability issued by the relevant authorities.

Proof of withdrawal of the booking deposit for the previous announcement.
