Steps to Book in the Second Phase of “Housing for All Egyptians 7”

Create an Online Account
Interested applicants must visit the official website of the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund to create a personal account using their national ID number. -
Upload Required Documents
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:-
A copy of a valid national ID card

Receipt of the reservation deposit payment

Pay the Reservation Deposit
The reservation deposit and administrative fees must be paid via one of the banks partnering with the Fund. The payment process must follow the guidelines provided in the user manual available on the website.
General Eligibility Conditions for the Second Phase of “Housing for All Egyptians 7”

The applicant must be an Egyptian citizen.

The applicant must be between 21 and 50 years old at the time of application.
