Start Date for Booking the Second Phase of Housing for All Egyptians 7 Apartments

The Egyptian government is preparing to launch the second phase of the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” initiative, implemented by the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund. This initiative aims to provide suitable residential units at affordable prices for low-income groups. It offers fully finished apartments with subsidized financing and repayment periods extending up to 30 years, promoting social justice. Booking for low-income applicants will begin on July 8, following the completion of the application period for middle-income groups, which ends on June 22, through the Fund’s official website.

Steps to Book in the Second Phase of “Housing for All Egyptians 7”

  1. Create an Online Account
    Interested applicants must visit the official website of the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund to create a personal account using their national ID number.

  2. Upload Required Documents
    Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

    • A copy of a valid national ID card

    • An official income verification certificate

    • Marital status documents (e.g., marriage or divorce certificate)

    • Receipt of the reservation deposit payment

    • Receipt of administrative fees payment

    • Selection of the available housing unit based on preferred city and location

  3. Pay the Reservation Deposit
    The reservation deposit and administrative fees must be paid via one of the banks partnering with the Fund. The payment process must follow the guidelines provided in the user manual available on the website.

General Eligibility Conditions for the Second Phase of “Housing for All Egyptians 7”

  1. The applicant must be an Egyptian citizen.

  2. The applicant must be between 21 and 50 years old at the time of application.

  3. The applicant (or their family) must not have previously been allocated a housing unit or land plot.

  4. The applicant must be from the low-income category, with a monthly net income not exceeding the specified maximum limit.
