President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi held a phone call today with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain.
Presidential Spokesman Ambassador Mohamed El-Shenawy stated that the call focused on the latest regional developments. The two leaders expressed deep concern over the current escalation between Israel and Iran, warning of the potential expansion of the conflict and the resulting negative consequences for all countries in the region.
They stressed the importance of all parties acting responsibly and seeking to resolve the current crisis through negotiation and peaceful means. They also emphasized the necessity for the international community to play its role in this regard.
