The Authority explained the application process through the Unified Portal on its official website, www.nuca-services.gov.eg. Users must first create a new account using their national ID number and email address, or log in if they already have an existing account. The citizen should select the city (New Cairo), choose the required service, accurately fill in the application form, attach the necessary documents, and pay the fees electronically. After submitting the request, its status can be tracked via the user’s account, with updates and notifications sent accordingly.

This digital shift aims to streamline procedures, reduce crowding, enhance transparency, and accelerate the delivery of public services.
