The Social Housing Fund has officially announced the deadline for submitting appeals regarding the results of the “Housing for All Egyptians 5” initiative. The window for appeals will close on May 18.
The Fund has also outlined the steps for submitting appeals related specifically to the electricity meter issue in the social housing units. Below are the procedures to follow before the appeal period ends:

The applicant must print the screen that shows their status as a client wishing to submit an appeal. This can be done through the following electronic link: https://cservices.shmff.gov.eg/Complaints/

The client must then visit the company or companies mentioned in the link.

The printed document must be submitted along with a request to obtain an official statement. The client must also present their national ID card to the authorized employee to verify their identity and review the provided data.

The statement will be issued immediately.

After receiving the statement, the client should return to the official website of the Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Support Fund to submit the appeal and attach the statement received from the electricity company employee.

The appeal submission period will end for all applicants who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
