Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, reviewed the latest developments regarding the implementation progress of the Diarna project in Sadat City. This project is part of the largest residential offering by the Ministry of Housing, which includes approximately 400,000 residential units, in line with the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi since mid-April.
Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny noted that the first phase of the Diarna project in Sadat City includes 1,196 fully finished residential units, with areas ranging from 104 m² to 153 m². The project aims to provide a genuine opportunity for applicants to own property in a well-planned, integrated urban environment that combines thoughtful planning with comprehensive services.
Engineer Yasser Abdel Halim, Head of the Sadat City Authority, explained that the Diarna project is strategically located in the Al-Zohour district, near Sadat University and various amenities. The project offers a variety of residential units ranging from two-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses with areas up to 153 m². All units are fully finished and equipped with integrated services such as elevators and surveillance cameras. The New Urban Communities Authority and the Housing and Development Bank have announced that applications for the units will be open from April 15 to May 15, 2025.
