The Ministry of Housing will begin providing brochures outlining the terms and specifications for the first phase of units—totaling 35,088 units—within the largest housing offering across several governorates and new cities. These brochures will be available on the Housing and Development Bank website starting April 15, 2025.
Housing Minister Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny confirmed that this offering, which includes 400,000 units in total, comes as part of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to provide suitable housing for various income groups. He also noted that reservations for Housing and Development Bank apartments will open on the same date, with some units available for immediate delivery and others to be completed within two years.

Conditions for Reserving Housing and Development Bank Apartments 2025

The applicant or their family must not have previously obtained a housing unit or residential plot of land.
