Presidential Decree Allocating Land in Three Governorates for Logistics Zones

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has issued Presidential Decree No. 122 of 2025, allocating land plots to the General Authority for Land and Dry Ports for the establishment of logistics zones, according to the official gazette published today.

The decree includes the allocation of approximately 1,225.5 feddans, equivalent to 5,148,128 square meters, in Qena Governorate as indicated in the attached map and coordinates table, labeled as “A”. This land was transferred from the areas previously allocated to the New Urban Communities Authority under Presidential Decree No. 197 of 2000, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 69 of 2024.

Additionally, an area of approximately 100.72 feddans, equivalent to 433,101 square meters, has been allocated in Matrouh Governorate, as per the attached map and coordinates table, labeled as “B”. This land was also transferred from the areas designated for the New Urban Communities Authority under Presidential Decree No. 361 of 2020.

Furthermore, an area of approximately 248.63 feddans, equivalent to 1,044,444 square meters, has been allocated in Toshka, Aswan Governorate, according to the attached map and coordinates table, labeled as “C”. This land was previously allocated to the National Service Projects Organization under Presidential Decree No. 621 of 2020.
