Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the launch of the largest housing project in the ministry’s history, Housing for All Egyptians, which includes 400,000 residential units. This announcement comes in line with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, aiming to provide suitable housing for citizens from different social classes as part of the state’s plan for comprehensive urban development.
The minister confirmed that the new project includes housing units for low- and middle-income groups, in addition to luxury housing, with integrated infrastructure and essential services to ensure a high-quality standard of living.

ToggleDetails of Offering 115,000 Housing Units Under the “Housing for All Egyptians” Initiative
Regarding the offering of 115,000 housing units within the Housing for All Egyptians initiative, the minister explained that these units are allocated for low- and middle-income citizens and will be made available through the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund. The units will be distributed across several governorates and new cities according to the following schedule:

May 15, 2025: Launch of eligibility booklets for middle-income housing.

July 1, 2025: Launch of eligibility booklets for low-income housing.
261,000 Additional Housing Units Through the Housing and Development Bank
In addition to the offering for low- and middle-income groups, 261,253 housing units will be made available through the Housing and Development Bank according to the following schedule:

April 15, 2025: Offering of 35,088 units.

July 15, 2025: Offering of 59,510 units.

October 15, 2025: Offering of 59,687 units.

New Housing Projects Included in the Offering

“Diarna” Project

The project includes 60,000 housing units distributed across 23 new cities, with unit sizes ranging between 105 and 153 square meters.

The units feature fully finished interiors and modern facilities that align with contemporary urban development.

This project comprises 40,000 luxury housing units across 17 new cities.

The unit sizes start at 115 square meters and go up to 160 square meters, featuring modern designs and advanced infrastructure.
