President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has issued Presidential Decree No. 120 of 2025, which stipulates the allocation of a plot of land covering approximately 4.11 feddans, equivalent to 17,291 square meters, from state-owned private property in Alexandria Governorate to the New Urban Communities Authority to implement development projects.
Additionally, President El-Sisi issued Presidential Decree No. 121 of 2025, allocating another plot of land measuring around 18.93 feddans, equivalent to 79,502 square meters, from state-owned private property in Alexandria Governorate to the New Urban Communities Authority to establish development projects. Both decrees have been published in the Official Gazette.
