The Ministry of Housing has launched a new system to digitize the reconciliation process for violations related to social housing apartments.
Below are the details of this system and the associated violations:
- Citizens who have been issued judicial seizure reports will receive SMS notifications.
- The message will contain a link to the digital system.
You can access the website to submit a reconciliation request [Click Here].
- Next, users must navigate to the requests section and select “Reconciliation Request.” A screen will appear with a choice to download the reconciliation request form. The applicant must then visit automated post offices to pay the required fees using their national ID card.
- The violator must complete the reconciliation request form and upload the payment receipt to the system. They will then receive an SMS notification confirming whether their request has been accepted.
- If the reconciliation is approved, the violator must revisit post offices to pay the acceptable. A reconciliation certificate will be issued if the case has been referred to judicial authorities.
