The New Nubariya City Authority has announced the public auction of 10 commercial shops, a pharmacy, and 5 administrative units in various markets across the city. The spaces range from 13 m² to 64 m² for the shops and pharmacy, and from 31 m² to 66 m² for the administrative units. The auction will take place on Sunday, February 16, at 12:00 PM at the Authority’s headquarters.

The Authority has outlined the following key requirements for participation:
- Tender Documents: Interested bidders must purchase the tender booklet for 299 EGP per shop, pharmacy, or administrative unit from the Authority’s headquarters.
- Auction Deposits:
- Pharmacy: A security deposit of 100,000 EGP, payable by the auction date.
- Shops: A security deposit of 50,000 EGP per shop, payable by the auction date.
- Administrative Units: A security deposit of 25,000 EGP per unit, payable by the auction date.
Payment Terms
- Upon successful bidding:
- For shops and the pharmacy, participants must pay 10% of the total bid value, plus 1% administrative fees and 0.5% for the Board of Trustees immediately.
- For administrative units, participants must pay 25% of the total bid value, plus the same administrative and trustee fees.
- A 5% maintenance deposit is due within a month and before unit handover.
- The remaining balance can be paid in flexible installments.
Additional Information
Interested parties can visit the units for inspection during official working hours. The auction will adhere to Law No. 182 of 2018, governing public procurement and contracting by government entities.
