Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, held a comprehensive meeting on Tuesday evening to review the detailed timeline for the completion of the “El-Tajalli El-Azam” (The Greatest Manifestation) development project in Saint Catherine. El-Sherbiny announced the establishment of weekly review meetings alongside on-site inspections to ensure all components are completed according to schedule.

Project Objectives

The project aims to enhance the unique spiritual and historical significance of the site, known globally as the location where God revealed Himself, making it accessible to visitors worldwide. It focuses on protecting and improving the area while preserving its natural and cultural heritage to showcase its global uniqueness.

Key Components of the Project

During the meeting, the progress of various elements of the project was discussed, including:

  • The new Visitor Center and the Peace Square complex.
  • Development of Wadi El-Deir and eco-lodges.
  • Construction of a mountain hotel and tourist resort.
