Engineer Sherif El Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the launch of 25,012 new housing units starting Sunday, November 16, 2025, through the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform.
This offering comes as part of the second phase of the ministry’s largest housing project, which includes around 400,000 residential units distributed across multiple stages. The initiative aligns with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to provide decent and affordable housing suitable for all income groups.
The Minister explained that details of the units, the terms and conditions booklet, and the registration process will be available starting Wednesday, November 12, 2025, through the official website: reservations.realestate.gov.eg.
He emphasized that the ministry continues its efforts to implement the vision of the political leadership, which seeks to ensure adequate housing for all citizens. The Ministry of Housing is committed to offering diverse, high-quality units across all new cities, in line with the state’s goals for comprehensive urban development and the realization of the New Republic Vision.
Regarding payment methods, the Minister noted that citizens can complete payments using bank cards such as Visa, MasterCard, or Meeza, or through bank branches, online banking, and Egypt Post offices.
Engineer Sherif El Sherbiny also stated that the ministry has developed a plan to simplify the application and reservation procedures for housing units, ensuring a smooth and organized process that enhances the overall user experience for citizens.
The offering includes the following unit distributions:

2,986 units within the Janna and Sakan Misr projects.

10,614 units in the Diarna project.

9,412 units in the Zilal project.

2,000 units under the Mixed Housing Project in New Ismailia City.
